What is this event?

The NCSG 2021 Convention is an all-digital event that will be flexible to best accommodate what you love about the convention – all while staying in your comfort zone.  You will be able to take classes, receive CEUs and interact with the instructors as if you were in the same room. The trade show will offer the opportunity to “walk the show”, learn about new products and to visit one on one with your favorite vendors. Rest assured there will be plenty of networking opportunities with suppliers, speakers, industry leaders and friends.


When does registration open?

Registration is open now! We are accepting registrations from now until the event. 


What will my registration fee cover?

EVERYTHING! All sessions, trade show, networking events, and a T-shirt!


How will the Trade Show work?

You will still be able to “visit” all of the vendors during trade show hours. Exhibitors will be able to showcase their products, customize their virtual experience, and provide live interaction with attendees.


Will I still be able to obtain CEU’s for attending sessions?

Absolutely!  Just as in previous years, your sessions will be tracked for CEUs.


Will all sessions be live or recorded?

Both! The convention will be going on live throughout the week, but all registered attendees will have the opportunity to "attend" every session they missed live. Better yet, every attendee will have access to every session for a full 2 weeks after convention is over. This means you can get every CEU available for both your CSIA and NFI certifications. 


What happens to my credits from the 2020 Orlando Convention?

Those credits can be applied to your 2021 virtual convention experience. Registration is required for credits to be applied.


What if I already booked my hotel room?

Your rooms at the Potawatomi Hotel and Casino must be cancelled 24 hours prior to your scheduled check-in, after which a $75 cancellation fee will be assessed by the hotel.
